Local web designer in Birmingham

Simple, good-looking websites for local businesses.

I'm Jon. I build fast, mobile-friendly websites for barbers, salons, cafés, trades, churches and other local businesses, then look after them for you, so you can get on with your work.

  • From £350
  • Looks great on phones
  • Built so Google can find you

Be easy to find

When someone searches for what you do nearby, a proper website gives them your prices, opening hours and photos, not just a pin on a map.

Look good on a phone

Most people will find you on their phone. Your site will be quick to load and easy to read, with your number one tap away.

Your own place online

Social media is great, but a website is yours: your name, your address, and everything a new customer needs in one place.

How it works

  1. Free mock-up

Tell me a little about your business and I'll put together a quick mock-up of what your homepage could look like. No obligation.

  2. A simple checklist

If you like it, I'll send a short checklist for your details, prices and photos. Rough notes are fine.

  3. I build it

You see the site before it goes live and tell me anything you'd like changed.

  4. You're live

Your site goes live and I look after the hosting and updates from then on.

Questions

Do I need to be good with computers?

Not at all. I do the technical side. You tell me about your business, send some photos, and let me know when anything changes.

I already have a Facebook or Instagram page. Do I need a website?

Keep them, they're great for day-to-day posts. A website sits alongside them: it shows up in Google searches, it holds your prices and opening hours, and it's yours. I'll link your socials from it.

What about a web address (domain name)?

I'll help you choose and set one up, e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk, registered in your name. Domains usually cost around £10 a year, paid directly to the registrar.

I already have a website. Can you help?

Yes. If it's slow, out of date or hard to use on a phone, I can rebuild it and move it over without losing your email.
